Rest In Peace, Boon Jim

Knew him since primary 2, we were classmates til primary 6.

He was always quiet, shy, but smart. Really smart.

I remember he was good at Chinese Animal Chess, chess and mathematics. He didn't pull much attention in class, but he had a few best friends. There was an incident back in yr 2000 where he was missing in action after the morning class. (It worried everyone in class.) Each day, he's the first one who queue in front of the staircase and wait for the class bell to ring. He never go for recess, even my parents remember that! =) We gave him a cute nick name in Primary 5 -BonBon cat, due to his name and the name fits him well. Cute friend that i had.

But we've lost contact til Form 3 when we met again in a tuition center. He became quieter than before. Always sitting at the first row and he was our History teacher's favourite student. Each year, he represented SJI in inter-school Chess Comp which was held in CBN. He was a good chess player.

Although we were not that close, but I knew him for many many years. Now he's gone forever, at very young age. I'll miss his grins and laughters. Byebye BonBon Cat. May you rest in peace.
